By using the Katkaz platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Service Description

Katkaz is an event management platform that enables event organizers to create events, sell tickets, and manage attendees. The platform includes the web application and related services.

2. Account Creation

You must create an account to use the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account and prevent unauthorized access. Users under 18 may only create accounts with the consent of their legal guardian.

3. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for: the accuracy of event information, transparency of ticket prices and conditions, protection of attendee rights, compliance with local laws and regulations, clearly stating the refund policy.

4. Attendee Rights

Attendees who register for events have the following rights: receiving accurate information about the event, receiving the services they paid for, requesting refunds in accordance with the organizer's refund policy, protection of their personal data.

5. Payments and Fees

Katkaz charges a processing fee on paid ticket sales. Payment transactions are processed through secure payment providers (iyzico, Stripe). Refunds are processed according to the organizer's policy. Katkaz may act as a mediator in payment disputes.

6. Content Policy

Users may not share illegal, misleading, or harmful content on the platform. Katkaz reserves the right to remove content or accounts that violate our rules without prior notice. Violation of intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Katkaz provides the platform 'as is'. Katkaz does not accept liability for the quality, cancellation, or content of events. Our liability for indirect damages arising from platform use is limited. No liability is accepted for temporary outages due to technical issues and maintenance.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms of service as needed. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email. Updated terms are effective from the date of publication.
